Event run under FRA rules.
There will be limited car parking in farmers field. £2 per car. Please car share where possible. If the car park becomes full please be aware that the nearest car park will be in Church Stretton approximately 20 minutes walk from the start.
There will be a pop up shop where you will be able to buy refreshments with a % of the takings being donated to the Air Ambulance. Card payments preferred.

If you are representing your County in the Inter Counties competition then please remember to select your County when asked on the entry form. This only applies to U15, U17 and U19 athletes. If you are in any other age group or are not part of a County team then please select 'Not running for a county' on the entry form.
Inter Counties Teams
Athletes representing their County should collect their own race
number and MUST wear a County vest to run in. Failing to do so will result in their
disqualification from the Inter Counties competition.
Athletes not representing their County must NOT wear a County
vest. There should be a maximum of three athletes wearing their County vest in
each age group race. Reserves should only wear the County vest if they are
called up. Wearing a County vest when not eligible to do so will result in the
individual’s disqualification and possibly that of the whole County team.
Also, if you wanted to explore the local area, Church Stretton is a busy, historic, market town and is the only town in the Shropshire Hills Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty. It earned it's nickname 'Little Switzerland' from its picturesque setting in the Shropshire Hills. The town is home to independent and interesting shops, pubs, cafes and restaurants and a variety of accommodation can be found both here and nearby if you wanted to extend your stay. Refunds & Cancellations
Individual refunds will only ever be issued at the Race Organiser’s discretion. For a refund to be considered, full details must be emailed to us for consideration within a reasonable time frame of the event.
We do not refund booking fees that were applied on top of the base Entry fee paid. The fees are Third Party charges and as such we do not receive them as part of the race registration transaction.
We hold the rights to amend/cancel any aspect of an event at late notice. Cancellation will only ever be a last resort for us, and we will always take direction on event cancellations from government agencies (e.g. the Met Office for weather related incidents) and the National Governing Body concerned, in addition to our assessment of the local conditions.
In the event of any cancellation, if it possible to reschedule the event to a different date in the same calendar year then all entries will be automatically transferred to the new date. Deferrals and transfers will be permitted for the rescheduled event.
Where an event cannot be rescheduled, committed contractors will be paid and remaining funds will be offered as partial refunds.
